100% polyurethane hoof block to help treat injured claws. Offers immediate effect on balancing the claw post application. This orthopedic insole has a high abrasion resistance to improve comfort and grip during treatment. Symmetrical design, structured to fit right or left claws. Significantly aids in the healing and treatment process of lameness from podal disorders with prompt effect on ambulation as well as static and dynamic equilibrium of the animal. Designed to be longer than a normal wooden block to cover the heel and offer support to the foot while reducing strain on the flexor tendon. Adheres with all bi-component polyurethane adhesives.

  • Small cylindrical ridges maintain constant distance from the surface of hoof, allowing best adhesion performance. The thickness of the glue remains uniform function, in case of sudden movement from the animal or excessive pressure from the applicant.

Balance the hoof, creating a supporting surface. Roughen the surface of the hoof with the curl of the knife or rasp, creating parallel and crossed cuts. Heat the hoof with heating gun or hair dryer. Apply 2 parallel strips of glue on the TP Block and immediately place on the hoof, aligning the straight side with the inner wall, leaving 0.5 cm protruding besides the heel.

Check for correct positioning. Speed up the glue dry process with a heating gun or hair dryer; then release the cow.

The average time of contact with animal is 3 weeks with a maximum of 2 to 3 months.
