Unique application process; the block is held on the hoof as the glue is being injected into the hole at the bottom the block. Spacers on the block ensure the proper thickness of glue is applied. The Y-shaped glue canal delivers the glue to the exact required location between the block and the hoof. This creates a permanent bond between the block and the glue with little waste or mess. The inside heel of the block is elevated to prevent glue from entering the soft spot of the cow’s heel, while giving support as she walks—without pinching.
