An innovative block designed to reduce the amount of glue used, while creating the most secure bond possible. The ideal hoof block for herds having issues with ‘white line disease’ or sole ulcers.
Unique application process; the block is held on the hoof as the glue is being injected in the hole at the bottom the block. There are spacers on the block to ensure the proper thickness of glue is applied. The Y-shaped glue canal delivers the glue to the exact location between the block and the hoof. This creates a permanent bond between the block and the glue with little waste or mess. The inside heel of the block is elevated to prevent glue from entering the soft spot of the cow’s heel, while giving support as she walks, without pinching.
