An 80-gram packet will medicate 128 gallons of drinking water. A dose of 3.8mg lincomycin per lb of body weight may be maintained by medicating the drinking water. Use a concentration of 250mg per gallon of drinking water when pigs are consuming 105 gallons per 100 lbs of body weights per day. This drug should be administered for a minimum of 5 consecutive days beyond disappearance of symptoms; may be used for 10 consecutive days.
Make fresh solution daily. Discard medicated water after 2 days.
