Elanco Tylan 200 Injection is a broad-spectrum antibiotic, effective on a wide range of diseases caused by susceptible bacteria. Contains the active medication, Tylosin, at a concentration of 200-mg/ml.

For use in beef and non-lactating dairy cattle for the treatment of bovine respiratory complex caused by Pasteurella multocida and Actinomyces pyogenes, foot rot, and calf diphtheria caused by Fusobacterium necrophorum and metritis caused by Actinomyces pyogenes.

For use in swine for the treatment of swine arthritis caused by Mycoplasma hyosynoviae, swine pneumonia caused by Pasteurella spp., and swine erysipelas caused by Erysipelothrix.

Labeled for: beef cattle, non-lactating dairy cattle and swine

  • Provides treatment for a wide range of ailments in beef and swine.
  • Treats shipping fever complex and pneumonia in cattle.
  • Cattle meat withhold is 21 days from the last treatment.
  • Swine meat withhold is 14 days from the last treatment.
  • Not for use in female dairy cattle over 20 months of age, including dry dairy cows.
  • Not for use in veal calves.
  • Treatment should be continued 24 hours following remission of disease symptoms. Do not exceed 5 days.

Cattle dosage: Administer 1-ml per 25 lbs bodyweight intramuscularly once daily. Repeat as necessary. Do not exceed 5 days of treatment. Do not inject more than 10-ml per site.

Swine dosage: Administer 1-ml per 50 lbs of bodyweight intramuscularly twice daily. Do not exceed 3 days of treatment.
