Water soluble antibiotic powder used in swine for the control and treatment of bacterial enteritis caused by E. coli and Salmonella choleraesuis; bacterial pneumonia caused by Pasteurella multocida and Leptospira in breeding swine. For use in poultry for the treatment and control of diseases caused by oxytetracycline-susceptible organisms.

Add one packet to water, depending on the animal and the disease being controlled. Follow the label directions to make the appropriate amount of stock solution. The stock solution can be used in a proportioner set to meter at the rate of one ounce per gallon.
For swine: Give 10 mg per 1 pound of bodyweight.
For growing turkeys to control the disease bluecomb: Give 25 mg per 1 pound of bodyweight.
Mix a fresh solution daily and use as the sole source of drinking water. Administer 1 hour before or 2 hours after the feeding of milk or milk replacers.
As a generalization, 200 chickens will drink one gallon of water per day for each week of age. Turkeys will consume twice that amount. Administer 7 to 14 days to chickens and turkeys, and up to 5 days to swine.
