For the vaccination of healthy, pregnant cows and heifers as an aid in preventing diarrhea in their offspring caused by bovine rotavirus, corona virus and enterotoxigenic strains of Escherichia coli having the K99 pili adherence factor. Offers protection from both G6 and G10 serotypes of rotavirus. ScourGuard has shown to reduce mortality caused by E. coli scours, by 95%, when compared to unvaccinated controls. Adjuvant enhances immune response.

General directions: Vaccination of healthy, pregnant cows and heifers is recommended. Shake this product well before use. Aseptically administer 2 ml intramuscularly (IM) only. In accordance with Beef Quality Assurance guidelines, this product should be administered in the muscular region of the neck.
Primary vaccination: Administer 2 IM doses (approximately 3 weeks apart) to pregnant cows, with the second dose given 3 to 6 weeks before calving.
Revaccination: It is recommended to revaccination with a single dose 3 to 6 weeks before each subsequent calving. Good animal husbandry and herd health management practices, including annual revaccination, should be employed.
