This single-dose vaccine is for use in healthy cows and heifers to aid in the prevention of colibacillosis in calves caused by K99 piliated Escherichia coli. The flexible dosing schedule can be given up to 12 months prior to calving.

Shake well before using. Administer 1 ml intramuscularly in the neck 8 weeks to 10 months prior to calving. Dairy cows should be vaccinated at dry-off. Revaccinate prior to each subsequent calving.
Calves must receive colostrum from vaccinated dam.
