As an injection, this product is a broad-spectrum parasiticide for cattle and swine. It’s indicated for cattle for the treatment and control of gastrointestinal roundworms, lungworms, eye-worms, grubs, sucking lice, and mange mites.
For swine it is used in the treatment and control of gastrointestinal roundworms, lungworms, kidney worms, sucking lice and mange mites.
The Pour-On solution is a broad-spectrum, ready-to-use parasiticide solution for topical administration to cattle. It is indicated for the treatment and control of gastrointestinal roundworms, lungworms, eye-worms, grubs, biting and sucking lice, horn flies and mange mites in cattle. It contains 0.5% w/v doramectin (5 mg/ml).
Labeled for: beef and dairy cattle, calves and swine
Species: cattle, calf, pig
Injectable: For cattle administer 1 ml per 110 lbs of body weight subcutaneously or intramuscularly.
For swine administer 0.2 ml per 15 lbs of body weight.
Sows: Administer 7 to 14 days prior to farrowing to minimize exposure to piglets.
Gilts: Treat 7 to 14 days prior to breeding and 7 to 14 days prior to farrowing.
Boars: Treat two times a year. For best results treat all animals in the herd at the same time.
Pour-On: Should be applied topically along the mid-line of the back in a narrow strip between the withers and tail-head. Apply at a dose rate of 1ml per 22 pounds of body weight. Deworm in the spring, before turnout, to reduce the total parasite load on a pasture. 250-ml and 1 ltr multi-dose bottles with calibrated dosing cups, and in 2.5 ltr and 5 ltr multi-dose backpack containers with easy-to-use draw-off applicators.
