Medicated feed additive containing chlortetracycline calcium complex, indicated for a wide range of respiratory, enteric and reproductive diseases. Approved for use in multiple species. The medication in Aureomycin 50 is readily absorbed and provides rapid blood and lung tissue concentrations.

Mix sufficient Aureomycin 50 Granular A to supply the desired concentration of chlortetracycline per ton with part of the feed ingredients to make a preblend.
Preblend: 1 lb Aureomycin 50 Granular A, diluted with 4 lbs of one of the feed ingredients to form a 5-lb working premix. Use 1 lb of the working premix to make a preblend.
Beef and dairy cattle for enteritis (scours/E. coli) treatment: 10 mg chlortetracycline per lb bodyweight daily. Feed continuously for 5 days.
Beef cattle for bovine respiratory disease control: 350 mg per head daily.
