Use to induce luteolysis to manipulate the estrous cycle. Use for synchronizing breeding female cattle, terminating pregnancy due to mismating and treating certain conditions associated with prolonged luteal function. Helps improve reproductive efficiency in cows and heifers by causing regression of the corpus luteum.
Labeled for: beef and dairy cattle
Species: cattle
Indicated for both dairy or beef cattle, inject 2 ml intramuscularly. Estrus is expected to occur 2 to 5 days following injection, at which time animals may be inseminated. Treated cattle should be inseminated at the usual time following detection of estrus. If estrus detection is not desirable or possible, treated animals may be inseminated twice, at about 72 and 96 hours post injection.
Check with your veterinarian on recommended usage and synchronization programs.
Discard remaining product 180 days after first use.
