Oral gel that provides concentrated niacin, Vitamin B complex and propylene glycol to cows with low energy or that are just recently fresh. Use as a follow-up to traditional IV dextrose, or on its own for ketosis treatment. Helps maintain normal blood glucose levels and stimulate feed uptake to get the cow back on track quickly.
Labeled for: beef and dairy cattle
Species: cattle
Use on every fresh cow or heifer before and after calving. Give one tube at the first sign of calving and give another tube 6 to 12 hours post calving. Repeat as needed. If the first serving is missed, a post-calving serving is still beneficial.
Place the tube on in a dosing gun and remove the cap. Hold the head of the animal slightly elevated, and place the nozzle on the back of the tongue. Administer the entire contents of the tube slowly, allowing the cow to swallow.
