Ivermectin injectable dewormer for cattle and swine is a broad-spectrum parasiticide which treats and controls internal and external parasites. This 1% sterile solution is ready-to-use and administered subcutaneously. In cattle, it is indicated for treating gastrointestinal roundworms (including Ostertagia ostertagi), lungworms, grubs, sucking lice, and mange mites. In swine, it treats and controls gastrointestinal roundworms, lungworms, lice, and mange mites.

Provides persistent activity proven to prevent a reinfection in cattle from Dictyocaulus viviparus and Oesophagostomum radiatum for 28 days post-treatment; Ostertagia ostertagi, Trichostrongylus axei and Cooperia punctata for 21 days post-treatment; Haemonchus placei and Cooperia oncophora for 14 days post-treatment.

  • Meat withdrawal time for cattle is 35 days.
  • Swine meat withdrawal is 18 days.

For subcutaneous injection in both cattle and swine

Cattle:  Administer 1 ml per 110 lbs bodyweight. Use of a 16-gauge, 1/2 to 3/4” needle is suggested.

Swine:  1 ml per 75 lbs bodyweight. 16- or 18-gauge needle is suggested for sows and boars, while an 18- or 20-gauge needle may be appropriate for young animals. Inject under the skin, immediately behind the ear.

Reindeer: 1 ml per 110 lb to treat and control warbles. Meat withhold, 56 days.

Bison: 1 ml per 110 lb to treat and control grubs. Meat withhold, 56 days.
