The Slow Feed Extreme 1” opening size is designed for extremely easy keepers and animals with metabolic issues. Designed to slow down horses prone to eating fast, are generally healthy, but waste too much hay. This net has been shown to help horses with ulcers, pawing, weaving and unwanted behaviors during stall rest. The half bale net is my go-to net. I use it in my horse’s stall at home and at horse shows. They hold the perfect amount of hay and are easy to fill. I have other brands and similar styles but my horses prefer the hay chix net!
