Ingredients in Enalapril cause blood vessels to relax, lowering blood pressure and increasing the supply of oxygen and blood to the heart. Prevents fluid build-up in the lungs and causes the heart to beat more efficiently. Often used in conjunction with other drugs when treating severe heart failure.
