For use in the treatment of lame cattle. Made from highly durable PCV, these blocks take the weight off the affected claw, alleviating pain and allowing faster healing and increased cow mobility. Easy to use because the glue is mixed directly in the shoe and applied to hoof. The glue is not temperature sensitive. Designed to remain in place for 4 to 6 weeks before self-shedding. Variable sizes for Holsteins, beef breeds and larger animals or abnormal hooves. Comes with glue and instructions.

Trim and clean claw well to ensure good fit. Dead horn should be removed and the horn on the sole and walls should be freshened using hoof knife, rasp or wire brush. Dry it using acetone or spirit. Mix resin in the shoe by adding just enough liquid to dissolve all powder in one sachet.
Once mixed, promptly apply shoe to hoof. Tap on firmly, ensuring the shoe is horizontal to and firmly affixed to sole of claw. Resin should only come in contact with horn of hoof. May be worn for 3 to 6 weeks. Routine foot checks are recommended. Remove by splitting the sole using a hacksaw and pulling the halves apart.
