Give one tube prior to calving and a second tube 6 to 12 hours after calving. Place tube in a dosing gun and remove cap. Hold the head of the cow in a slightly elevated position and place the nozzle in the back of the tongue. Give the entire contents slowly allowing the cow to swallow often while administering.
