Alltech Yea-Sacc 1026 Yeast Culture is a nutritional supplement for dairy, beef and horses. It can safely be given to all classes of livestock. This highly researched strain is a natural, viable yeast culture from the Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast strain 1026. Specifically selected for its known influence on animal performance. Yea-Sacc incorporated into your livestock’s daily ration helps promote digestion and nutrient utilization and boosts protein supply. In high-producing dairy cows—supports the correct nutritional plain to sustain higher milk production and maintain condition; enhances digestibility. Stabilizes rumen pH to avoid extreme variations which can interfere with fiber digestion and feed intake; promotes greater average daily gain in beef cattle. In horses, Yea-Sacc 1026 promotes enhanced digestion of energy for increased uptake of energy.

  • Helps improve milk production, increase energy and boost protein supply.
  • Nurtures the growth of fiber-digesting bacteria in the rumen—promoting the rate and extent of forage breakdown.
  • Encourages activity of bacteria which converts lactic acid to propionic acid.
  • For dairy cows:  Promotes enhanced rumen through improved ration digestibility and the stabilization of rumen pH; allows increased milk production in a more efficient manner without compromising the body condition and fertility of the dairy cow.
  • For beef:  Promotes the enhanced digestion of the animal’s total ration by supporting fiber digestion and the stabilization of rumen pH; allows increased average daily gain, produced in a more efficient manner for more profitable production.
  • For horses:  Promotes greater digestion of fiber, enhancing the uptake of energy.

Dairy cattle:  Calf starter, 10 to 20 lb/ton. Growers, 10 to 20 lb/ton. Lactating/Dry cows, 15 to 20 lb per ton.*

Pigs: Prestarter/Starter, 10 to 20 lb/ton. First 14 days, 10 to 20 lb/ton. Starter/Grower, 5 to 10 lb/ton. Finishing, 0.5 lb/ton. Gestation, 10 to 20 lb/ton. Pre-farrowing/Lactation, 10 to 15 lb/ton.

Horses:  Foals/Mature horses, 5 to 10 lb/ton.
