*In many cases, Heiniger will send repaired clippers back to the customer free-of-charge once repaired and/or reimburse the customer for shipping and repairs. If mis-use or mis-handling is determined to have damaged the clippers, the customer will be responsible for repairs and shipping, and a representative from Heiniger will contact the customer directly to work out costs.
