No-Bull Callicrate Smart Bander castration banding tool is for any sized bull 300-pounds and over. Callicrate castration tool provides a bloodless, humane, surgical-free, reduced-stress castration. This innovative product was introduced in 1991, offering an easy and effective castration method for cattle. Also use for dehorning and prolapse treatment. Features patented no-slip clip which holds tension for immediate and complete constriction of blood flow for faster scrotal drop. The loops are constructed of durable latex—three-times stronger than surgical tubing and designed to maintain high tension for consistent results. Uses a ratcheting method to ensure precise tightness for decreased pain and swelling through a custom fit.

Restrain animals. Place one loop onto the included bander. Work scrotum and both testicles through the loop. Make sure both testicles are below the loop before tightening. Tighten to the appropriate size. Remove bander from the loop. Cut any excess loop. It is recommended to give each animal a shot of Tetanus Toxoid after castrating (follow label instructions). Scrotum will fall off in 20 to 45 days. Please watch the instructional video in the product library tab.
Clean bander regularly using a wire brush and soap and water. Oil ratchets, tension indicator, and any other accessible joints with a lightweight oil. Tetanus toxoid must be used. Please read and follow vaccine instructions. For more information contact your veterinarian. Please wear safety glasses. Use the Callicrate Cutter included with the kit.
