Administer amount as instructed by your cat’s veterinarian. Give ProZinc insulin with U-40 syringes only. Use of a syringe other than a U-40 will result in incorrect dosing. Your veterinarian will tell you what amount of insulin is right for your cat and instruct you on techniques of administration.
Mix gently by rolling the vial prior to withdrawing each dose. Using a U-40 insulin syringe, the injection should be administered subcutaneously on the back of the neck or on the side of the cat.
Please follow any additional instructions your veterinarian has supplied to you regarding diet and exercise.
