To fill barrel: Remove safety cover from needle. Ensure piston is all the way forward. Insert needle through rubber stopper into bottle. Rotate knob counterclockwise 90-degrees. Grasp the plunger pull knob and pull away from the barrel gradually, until you reach the desired volume, or the barrel is full.
Rotate knob clockwise until it stops. The rear handle is now engaged with the plunger. Remove bottle from needle. If an air bubble remains in the barrel, point the barrel upward allowing the bubble to float to the needle’s end. Set the dose to 0.5 ml, then carefully squeeze the handles to expel the air without pushing the fluid out. Once the air is expelled from the barrel, ensure desired dosage is selected; then the syringe is ready to use.
How to change out the colored indicator cap: Press your finger on outer side of the cap, which will cause the other side to flip out. Then, simply pull the cap out of the slot. Once you select the color you would like to insert, press in the hole until it gently snaps into place.
