Prestige 3 + West Nile Virus Horse Vaccine is for the vaccination of healthy horses, 6 months of age and older, to aid in disease prevention of Eastern and Western encephalomyelitis viruses, tetanus and West Nile. Adjuvanted polyvalent equine vaccine-toxoid, with the exclusive Havlogen adjuvant to provide superior efficacy and exceptional safety. Vaccine maintains suspension without separation and stimulates the immune system to produce high, enduring levels of protection.

  • Provides your horse with year-round protection.
  • Offers protection against EEE, WEE, tetanus toxoid and West Nile.
  • Formulated to produce a minimal reaction and maximize protection.
  • Store at 2 to 8 °C (35 to 46 °F). Shake product well before using.
  • Do not mix with other products.
  • This product has not been tested in pregnant animals.
  • Foals nursing immune-dams should be vaccinated when maternal antibody levels will allow active immunization.
  • Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter.
  • Inject deep into the muscle only.
  • Local reactions may occur at the injection sites in vaccinates, and most of these reactions resolve in 3 to 7 days following vaccination.
  • Systemic reactions may also occur in animals following vaccination. If allergic reaction occurs, treat with Epinephrine.
  • Care should be used to avoid injecting your own fingers, hands, or other body parts. Accidental injection can cause serious local reactions. In case of human exposure, contact a physician.

For primary vaccination aseptically administer 1 ml intramuscularly, repeat with a single dose in 3 to 4 weeks. Annual revaccination is recommended. A booster dose can be administered at more frequent intervals based on individual horse or farm disease risk assessment or any time epidemic conditions exist or are reported. Consult your veterinarian.

Foals nursing immune-dams should be vaccinated when maternal antibody levels will allow active immunization.
