I am a firm believer in chlorine dioxide. This product is an activated chlorine chlorine dioxide in a gel and apparently at a hoof strength concentration. If you have a good case of thrush in a hoof, I believe this will take it out in probably one application. I used it 3 days in a row just to be sure. It is much easier to apply is you use a curved tip syringe instead of the bottle. It is an expensive treatment, but it is amazing. Once I get the thrush under control, I resort to my 50/50 homemade blend of triple antibiotic and Clotrimazole for any further followup treatment and mild cases of thrush. Highly recommend.
