This product is a modified-live, intranasal vaccine for use in healthy horses as an aid in the prevention of the disease strangles (caused by Streptococcus equi.)

  • The only two-dose modified-live vaccine developed to help prevent strangles. 
  • Intranasal administration provides a more natural immune response. 
  • Stimulates innate and mucosal immunity at the site where horses are naturally infected. 
  • Utilizes a specially designed cannula that helps deliver the vaccine to the throat area.
  • For intranasal administration only. Do not administer through any other route. 
  • This product contains live bacteria. Wash hands and equipment after use. 
  • Store in the dark at a temperature between 2 and 7 degrees Celsius or 35 to 45 degrees Fahrenheit. Do not allow this product to freeze. 
  • Do not vaccinate within 30 days of slaughter. 
  • For veterinary use only.

Aseptically rehydrate with the entire contents of the sterile diluent. Insert the entire rehydrated vaccine into one nostril using a syringe and included application tip. Administer a second dose 2 to 3 weeks later. Annual revaccination is recommended.
