Neo Poly Bac HC Ophthalmic Ointment is a sterile antibiotic ointment for use in dogs, cats, and horses. Contains the active ingredients Neomycin, Polymyxin B Sulfates, Bacitracin Zinc, and Hydrocortisone to treat superficial acute or chronic bacterial infections of the eyelid and conjunctiva. The three antibiotics in this formula; Neomycin, Polymyxin, and Bacitracin provide broad spectrum antibacterial activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Hydrocortisone helps reduce inflammation and provide rapid pain relief caused by certain eye conditions or infections.

  • It is highly effective to a wide range of bacterial eye infections.
  • Also relieves inflammation and itching to keep the pet from scratching.
  • Easy to administer.
  • Each gram contains Bacitracin Zinc 400 units, Neomycin Sulfate 5 mg (equivalent to 3.5 mg of Neomycin Base), Polymyxin B Sulfate 10,000 units, Hydrocortisone Acetate 10 mg (1%), in a base of White Petrolatum and Mineral Oil.
  • This product also includes 10 mg of hydrocortisone, which reduces inflammation and itching.
  • Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees Fahrenheit or 15 to 30 degrees Celsius.
  • Keep away from children and pets.
  • For use in animals only.

Apply a thin film over the cornea three or four times daily in dogs and cats as directed by your pet’s veterinarian. If necessary properly cleanse the area prior to administering ophthalmic ointment. Do not touch your pet’s eye with the tip of the ointment tube. Do not give your pet more medicine than directed.
