For breeding-aged swine; protects against respiratory disease caused by swine influenza A viruses H1N1, H1N2 and H3N2, reproductive failure caused by PPV and disease caused by Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae, Leptospira canicola, L. grippotyphosa, L. hardjo, L. icterohaemorrhagiae and L. pomona. Vaccinate healthy swine, including boars, pregnant sows and gilts.

  • Safe for use in pregnant sows.
  • The colostrum of vaccinated sows provides piglets with maternal antibodies against swine flu H1N1, H1N2 and H3N2.
  • An 18-week duration of immunity following vaccination has been demonstrated against erysipelas.
  • Helps reduce abortions caused by Leptospirosis and E rhusiopathiae.
  • An 18-week duration of immunity following vaccination has been demonstrated against erysipelas.
  • This product contains the following SIV isolates:
    • A/Swine/NorthCarolina/031/05 (H1N1); A/Swine/Iowa/110600/00 (H1N1).
    • A/Swine/Oklahoma/0726H/2008 (H1N2); and A/Swine/Missouri/069/05 (H3N2).
  • Store at 2 to 7 °C. Do not freeze. Use entire contents when first opened. Sterilized syringes and needles should be used to administer this vaccine.
  • Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter.
  • Contains gentamicin as preservative.
  • Temporary swelling at the injection site may be observed. As with many vaccines, anaphylaxis may occur after use. Initial antidote of epinephrine is recommended and should be followed with appropriate supportive therapy.

Aseptically rehydrate the freeze-dried vaccine with the liquid component provided. Shake the product well and administer 2 ml intramuscularly.

  • Healthy swine should receive 2 doses 3 to 5 weeks apart, with the second dose administered 2 to 4 weeks prior to breeding.
  • Healthy gilts, however, should receive the second dose as near as possible to 14 days prior to breedings.

Revaccination with a single dose is recommended prior to subsequent breedings. Boars should be revaccinated semiannually.
