Dura-Trim Titanium Insert Wheel is designed with a titanium body for unsurpassed strength and corrosion resistance. Designed with an industry-first ‘Dura-Back’ design for maximum durability and a low-risk of breaking carbide inserts. Meticulously crafted for perfect weight and balance. Features precision-milled seat pockets for consistent cutting action; minimizes early wear of the wheel body. 3-mm, 6-insert disc with a fully integrated reinforcement system for stronger impact resistance and increased cutting life—reduces blade breakage. Available in rim cut (ideal for use in upright chutes) and non-rim cut (appropriate for use in a layover chutes).

Use the blade to trim and shape the hoof. Do not over-trim. Treat any hoof disease, such as abscesses or hairy wart, as recommended. For best results, clean between uses and sharpen on a regular basis.

Designed with standard 5/8”-11 arbor and will fit any of today’s manufactured 4-1/2” angle grinders.
