Cut out the required number of ampules needed with a scissors. Open ampules by punching a hole in the aluminum foil with the syringe. Mark the ampules for sample identification. Attach a new disposable pipette to the syringe. Dip syringe in milk sample and draw out sample. Empty the syringe by slowing dispersing it into the corresponding ampoule. The incubator temperature should be set at 64 °C. Put the ample filled ampoules into the incubator.
Read results in 3 hours. Read the color of the lower 2/3 part of the sold agar in the ampoules.
