Amoxicillin is a semisynthetic antibiotic with a broad spectrum of activity. It provides bactericidal activity against wide range of common gram-positive and gram-negative pathogens. Often used in dogs and cats to help treat or prevent infections found in cuts and wounds, mouth, upper respiratory system, and bladder.
