This water-resistant, aerosol bandage creates a protective barrier against bacterial contamination on wounds. Features a proprietary carrier that adheres to the skin and will not wash off with hot or cold water. Yet, AluShield allows the wound to ‘breathe’ to promote healing. It’s ideal for dehorning, castrating, tail docking, summer sores, cuts and scrapes.
Labeled for: beef and dairy cattle, calves, horses, swine, dogs and cats

Shake well before use. Clean the area to be sprayed. Apply AluShield, covering the area to be protected with a thin layer of powder.
If you would like to wash it off to inspect the wound, use soapy water and re-apply.
Reapply AluShield every 3 days to ensure optimal bacterial barrier is maintained.
