June 2023 Facebook Giveaway Rules

No Purchase Necessary: Eligible participants must and comment on the specified Leedstone Facebook posts to be entered to win $50 to spend on Leedstone.com. If participants post multiple comments on this post, they will still only be entered once for a chance to win. Any participant who submits a written entry form (for these purposes, by answering one or more of the Dairy Month Trivia Facebook questions in the comment section) and a valid email address shall automatically be entered into this Giveaway and agree to be bound by these rules. Submission of this completed entry form is also an opt-in to receive future promotional communication from Leedstone.

Promotion & Eligibility Period: This promotion and the eligibility to participate begins at approximately 10 a.m. Central Time on June 7, 2023, and ends at 11:55 p.m. Central Time on July 6, 2023.

Eligibility: You must be a legal resident of the United States, 18 years or older, submit an Eligible Entry and live in a jurisdiction where this Drawing is not restricted or prohibited by law (Eligible Participant). Employees and immediate family members of employees of Leedstone, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, development, production, implementation and persons involved in administration or fulfillment of this Drawing are not eligible to participate and/or win. Leedstone is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, postage due, illegible or incomplete entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Leedstone and no entry will be acknowledged or returned. If the entry information cannot be verified by Leedstone, the entry will be disqualified.

Eligible Entries: All entries must be received by Leedstone during the Eligibility Period.

Drawings: Four (4) potential winners on Facebook will be selected from June 1, 2023, through July 6, 2023. The winners will be notified through Facebook via Messenger. The winners have fourteen (14) days to respond, after which time any winner not responding will forfeit their respective prize and a new winner will be selected from among all Eligible Entries. Leedstone assumes no responsibility for an incorrect email address, bounced-back email messages, Facebook challenges, mechanical or technical failure of any kind, or lost, late or misdirected email. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification.

Prizes: There will be four (4) winners, chosen after the Eligibility Period, who will be awarded a $50 Promo Code to be spent on either Leedstone.com or within the Melrose, MN Leedstone store. All four (4) of these winners will be awarded on Facebook. These Promo Codes may also be redeemed by calling the Leedstone Customer Care team. The Promo Codes will be delivered to the winners via Facebook or email after they have confirmed they would like to accept the prize. The $50 must be redeemed all at one time in one purchase, and by December 31, 2023. Monies unspent of the $50 within the one (1) purchase or by the expired date will not be refunded or given back to the winner in any form. Shipping is not included in purchases where these $50 codes are used.

The winners may be required to sign, notarize and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and provide any additional information (such as Social Security Number) that may be required by Leedstone, except where prohibited by law. Inability of Leedstone to contact a winner for fulfillment of necessary documentation may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner by random drawing. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning are dependent on the Eligible Entries received.

General Conditions: The winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and other fees associated with prize receipt and use. Leedstone expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded. Leedstone makes no representations or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded, and Leedstone will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. Eligible participants grant to Leedstone the right to use and publish their proper name and state it online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Drawing. Leedstone is not responsible for technical problems, email failures or other technical issues which result in an inability to participate.

By participating in this Giveaway, each Eligible Entrant completely and fully releases Facebook from any and all liability for any reason. By participating, Eligible Entry participants: (a) release and hold harmless Leedstone, and their shareholders, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, or property damage resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, participation in the survey, or while traveling to, preparing for or participating in any prize-related activity; (b) agree to abide by these Official Rules, which will be available from Leedstone throughout the Eligibility Period; (c) Eligible Entry participants further agree to comply with, and be bound by, the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all respects. (d) Eligible Entry participants agree that Leedstone can use entries for any purpose, with no further notice. Likewise, Leedstone reserves the right at their sole discretion to change these Official Rules, to cancel, amend or revoke this Drawing due to printing errors or other mistakes, technical difficulties or other reasons that impair the integrity or operation of the Drawing, or to disqualify any individual found to be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Drawing, including failure to submit information that can be verified by Leedstone; (b) violating the Official Rules; (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intention to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations in connection with the Drawing, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law (whether of Minnesota or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Minnesota.
