2024 Calendar Photo Contest Rules 

No Purchase Necessary: Eligible participants must submit their photo(s)—see Eligible Entries for requirements—to be eligible for inclusion in the Leedstone Calendar Contest. Any participant who submits a photo shall automatically be added to the Calendar Photo Contest. Those who enter one or more photos, and win a placement on the 2024 Leedstone calendar will be sent one(1) Promo Code for $50 to spend on Leedstone.com (limit 1 code per farm). By entering the contest, entrants agree that photos submitted can be used by Leedstone for advertising purposes. 

Eligibility Period / Eligible Entries: All photos must be received by Leedstone before 12:01 a.m. Central Time on September 16, 2023. The photos should be high-resolution, large-form digital files, and must be original work taken by the entrant or entrant’s family with permission.

Eligibility: You must be a legal resident of the United States, 18 years or older, submit an Eligible Entry and live in a jurisdiction where this Contest is not restricted or prohibited by law. Employees and immediate family members of employees of Leedstone, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, development, production, implementation, and persons involved in administration or fulfillment of this Contest are not eligible to participate and/or win. Leedstone is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, postage due, illegible or incomplete entries. No third party may own or control any materials the photo contains, and the photo may not infringe upon the trademark, copyright, or rights of privacy of any entity or person. All entries become the exclusive property of Leedstone and no entry will be acknowledged or returned. If the entry information cannot be verified by Leedstone, the entry will be disqualified. 

Prizes: There will be approximately twelve (12) winners, chosen within 2 weeks after the Eligibility Period. Persons who submitted photos chosen as a main photo of the month will be awarded a $50 Promo Code to be spent either online (Leedstone.com), by calling Customer Care (877.608.3877) or by visiting our Melrose, MN Leedstone retail store. All winners will be notified and given their $50 Promo Code via the same email address used for photo submission. The $50 must be redeemed all at one time, in one purchase, and by December 31, 2023. Monies unspent of the $50 within the one (1) purchase or by the expired date will not be refunded or given back to the winner in any form. Shipping is not included in purchases where these $50 codes are used. 

The winners may be required to sign, or provide any additional information required by Leedstone, except where prohibited by law. Inability of Leedstone to contact a winner for fulfillment of necessary documentation may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winning photograph. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning are dependent on the Eligible Entries received. 

General Conditions: The winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and other fees associated with prize receipt and use. Leedstone expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded. Leedstone makes no representations or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded, and Leedstone will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. Eligible participants grant to Leedstone the right to use and publish their proper name and state it online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Calendar Photos. Leedstone is not responsible for technical problems, email failures or other technical issues which result in an inability to participate. 

By participating in this Photo Contest, Eligible Entry participants: (a) release and hold harmless Leedstone, and their shareholders, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, or property damage resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, participation in the Contest, or while traveling to, preparing for or participating in any prize-related activity; (b) agree to abide by these Official Rules, which will be available from Leedstone throughout the Eligibility Period; (c) Eligible Entry participants further agree to comply with, and be bound by, the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all respects. (d) Eligible Entry participants agree that Leedstone can use entries for any purpose, with no further notice. Likewise, Leedstone reserves the right at their sole discretion to change these Official Rules, to cancel, amend or revoke this Contest due to printing errors or other mistakes, technical difficulties or other reasons that impair the integrity or operation of the Calendar or Contest, or to disqualify any individual found to be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, including failure to submit information that can be verified by Leedstone; (b) violating the Official Rules; (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intention to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations in connection with the Drawing, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law (whether of Minnesota or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Minnesota.
