How Does Our Price Match Guarantee Work?
To match a lower price, simply call 877.608.3877 or email CustomerCare@Leedstone.com with the following information:
- The product you wish to match
- Specifics of brand, size, version
- Competitor’s website and/or where you found the lower price
The Leedstone Price Match Policy is for animal health products and many of our supplies. It is subject to other terms and conditions, including quantity limits and product availability changes.*
Some exclusions do apply, including:
- Out of stock items
- Bid or auction websites
- Promotional offers, such as:
- ‘Free’ or ‘gift with purchase’ promotions
- Percentage or dollars off with qualifying order promotions
- Coupons or discounts associated with first-time or one-time use
- Holiday offers, (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Cyber Week)
- Clearance, closeout, or short-dated pricing
- Products sold below manufacturer ‘s suggested retail price (MSRP) or minimum advertised price (MAP)
- If prohibited by manufacturer’s policy
- If another discount(s) is already applied to the purchase
An additional requirement is Prescription medication price matching must be from a U.S.-based, fully licensed pharmacy that is certified by safe.pharmacy.
