Full strength: After shampooing, apply Cowboy Magic Rosewater Conditioner directly to clean, wet hair. Massage and work throughout full length of hair. Let soak at least 2 minutes and rinse.
Diluted: Use 1 oz conditioner with 2 gallons of water in a bucket. Blend well; then, follow above directions.
