Elanco Nuplura PH+5 Cattle Vaccine is for use in healthy animals to protect against bacterial Mannheimia haemolytica and viral causes of BRD. Subcutaneous injection protects against disease caused by bacterial pneumonia pathogen Mannheimia haemolytica, infectious bovine rhinotracheitis (IBR), bovine viral diarrhea virus (Type 1 and Type 2), bovine parainfluenza virus (PI3), and bovine respiratory syncytial virus (BRSV). Nuplura PH+5 is a modified live vaccine to be used in calves as young as 28 days of age. A single dose is shown to be effective against respiratory disease caused by M. haemolytica as early as 10 days after vaccination. Ideal for use prior to periods of increased stress, such as weather, weaning, branding, shipping, and commingling. This cattle vaccine is formulated using a unique purification process, which reduces endotoxin load, allowing for less adverse vaccine reaction such as decreased feed intake, fevers, and sweats.
