For use as a lubricant for the elimination and prevention of hairballs. Contains cod liver oil in palatable formula.

  • Reduces and eliminates hairballs.
  • Reduces vomiting due to clogged digestive systems.
  • For veterinary use only.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Store at room temperature.
  • If condition persists or increases, discontinue use and consult veterinarian.
  • Keep container tightly closed. To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface.
  • Replace cap after using.
  • Please Note: Cap closure has tamper indicative feature. Do not use if previously opened.
  • Contains cod liver oil, caramel, lecithin, malt syrup, white petrolatum, 0.1% sodium benzoate, (preservative), 0.036 IU/g Vitamin E (dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate) as anantioxidant and purified water.

Many cats will readily accept Cat Lax. For finicky animals, place a small amount on paw; your cat will lick his paw and become accustomed to the pleasant taste.

Hairball removal: For average weight adult cats, administer once daily. Squeeze approximately 1 inch of Cat Lax from tube. For smaller cats, vary amount accordingly.

Prevention of hairball formation: Administer 2 or 3 times per week. Your veterinarian may give specific directions for treatment; in which case, follow your veterinarian's instructions.
