Dairy Tech Perfect Udder Combi Pasteurizers and warmers heat, cool and /or pasteurize colostrum and waste milk. Available in 10, 30 or 60 gallons, they are fully automated colostrum and waste milk pasteurizers to safely heat, while continuously stirring to ensure proper temperature. Automatically cools to the desired temperature. Controlled heating and cooling process ensures the protection of immunoglobulins. In return, it provides your calves with complete immune function from the colostrum. Minimizing the spread of pathogenic bacteria and viruses through waste milk and colostrum, these pasteurizers simplify your process and remove doubt of when the pasteurization process is complete.

Each of the sizes—varied to fit the size of your herd—has a stainless-steel exit valve for easy drainage, bottle filling and simplified cleaning. The Perfect Udder Combi Pasteurizer 10-gal can warm, cool, and/or pasteurize up to three, 4-liter Perfect Udder Bags. The Perfect Udder Combi Pasteurizer 30-gal can warm, cool, and/or pasteurize up to eight, 4-liter Perfect Udder Bags. And, the Combi Pasteurizer 60-gal can heat, cool, and/or pasteurize up to fifteen, 4-liter Perfect Udder bags.

  • Clean immediately after each use.
  • During the heating cycle, always make certain the pasteurizer lid is firmly seated on the pot of milk.
  • Do not touch the tank, motor, hoses or brass fitting while the unit is hot and/or working.
  • Do not attempt to tilt the machine while it is full.
  • Always allow milk or colostrum to cool completely before handling or feeding to calves. Milk any hotter than 110 °F can cause severe burns to the calves.
  • Pasteurizer must be electronically grounded (do not modify the plug).
