    Special Orders

    Some of the products we sell are customizable or are otherwise such that we do not readily carry. Our Customer Care Team is happy to assist with special orders, simply call us at 877.608.3877 with your request.

    Special orders must be paid for in advance. Returns for special orders will be considered on an individual basis. Biologicals and prescriptions cannot be returned.

    Back Orders

    Most often, if an item is not available at the time of your order, it will be in the following day. We’ll notify you by phone or email if an item you ordered is not available to ship immediately. At that time you can decide whether you’d prefer to wait for the product to become available or cancel that portion of your order.

  • Same Day Shipping

    We personally pick, package and double-check your order to ensure accuracy; then ship it with a personal touch. We’re determined to get your order to you as quickly as possible—with same-day shipping on most non-Rx orders placed before 1 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Please note that we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

    All items are shipped prepaid to customers within the contiguous 48 states. Items shipped to customers in Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin; and portions of Nebraska are shipped via SpeeDee Delivery Service, and are normally delivered within one to two days of shipment. All other orders are shipped FedEx® Ground and delivered within 5 to 10 days of shipment. Orders for Alaska and Hawaii require Express shipping (see below).

    Free Shipping Areas

    With the exception of excessive-weight items (see below), orders above the following amounts ship free.

    Area A: Orders over $100.00
    Area B: Orders over $150.00
    Area C: Orders over $250.00

    Orders below these amounts incur a $7.95 handling fee.

    Alaska and Hawaii: Orders ship FedEx 2nd Day Air, Express shipping only; free shipping is not available.

    Express shipping (next-day and 2nd-day) is available upon request at an additional charge. If you require express shipping, please call Customer Care toll free at 877.608.3877.

    FOB Charges

    Please note:  The buyer is responsible for paying shipping on any item marked as FOB. Any products indicating an FOB charge will be indicated in the product’s description to help you pre-determine the shipping charge. FOB charges are in addition to the minimum order handling fee discussed above. Any shipping fee information will be noted in the shopping cart before you process your payment.

    Excessive Weight

    Due to excessive weight, some items require an additional shipping charge. For excessive weight items, please call 877.608.3877 for your best shipping costs.

    Hazardous Shipping Requirements

    Hazardous products are indicated as such throughout the online and print catalog, and have special shipping requirements. Please expect a $30.00 handling fee ($15 for shipments to Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin and parts of Nebraska). Hazardous product ship by ground transportation only. Therefore, they cannot be shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States (cannot ship these items to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, etc.).


    Other Regulated Materials-Domestic (ORM-D) items are shipped ground only. Air shipment is not permitted. Therefore, they cannot be shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States (cannot ship these items to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, etc.).

    Electronic Cattle Prods

    According to the Bureau of Industry and Security—U.S. Department of Commerce, “…devices to administer electric shock, for example, stun guns, shock batons, shock shields, electronic cattle prods…. A license is required for all destinations (from the U.S.), except Canada, regardless of end-use.” Per this regulation, electric cattle prod export is not permitted without prior U.S. Government authorization.

    Vaccine Shipping Requirements

    Vaccines generally require refrigeration; so they are best ordered and shipped to arrive before the weekend to ensure they are not in transit over a weekend. We ship vaccines Monday through Wednesday, unless you specify otherwise.

    If you’re ordering a vaccine to be shipped outside of the SpeeDee Delivery service area (Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa and Wisconsin) they will require Express shipping (see above).


    Damages sometimes happen. If merchandise arrives in a damaged condition, refuse delivery.

    If damage is concealed until after delivery, please retain all packaging and damaged goods for inspection by carrier’s representative. Notify Customer Care immediately. We will assist in making the claim with the carrier and will quickly send you replacement shipment.

    In order to assess and remedy the situation best, damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours by calling our Customer Care Center at 877.608.3877 between 8 AM and 5 PM CT, Monday through Friday.

    Returns made after 15 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are paid by customer.

At that time, you may choose to pay the corrected price or cancel your order.
