Pails include a scoop that measures 2 oz of product. Packets and capsules are already made for single portion use. These are the dosages for calves between 80 and 100 pounds. Adjust dosage proportionally according to body weight:
To prevent dehydration: Feed 2 quarts whole milk or replacer plus 2 oz product. Feed two times per day.
For severely dehydrated calves: 1½ quarts water plus ¼ lb milk replacer plus 2 oz product, OR 1 quart of whole milk plus ½ quart warm water plus 2 oz product. Feed four times per day.
For mildly dehydrated calves: 1½ quarts water plus 1/3 lb milk replacer plus 2 oz product OR 1 quart of whole milk plus ½ quart warm water plus 2 oz product. Feed three times per day.
When using an esophageal feeder to feed the product mixed with water, feed 2 oz of product per 2 quarts of warm water.

calf electrolyte you can mix into milk or water. Has a great sweet taste to it so unless they are really sick, calves drink it down easily. great for winter when its bad to take calves off milk to give electrolytes
